Staff were courteous, wi-fi was good, and I loved its perfect location really close to city center and centre and the Old Town and interesting places, such as Mozart's house. The a double room had a comfortable bed. Yogurt and scrambled eggs for breakfast were the BOMB.

I had a nice experience here, everything was great, the location was unbeatable really close to the centre, city center and the castle. Rooms with even complementary breakfast and balcony, for example. The service in general was excellent!

remote location, highly professional staff, freshly renovated rooms. breakfast was super, lots of lovely cheese, meats and toast. there were coffee, wifi and tv with satellite channels in the room, loved that. wedding hotel set in the commercial area. apart from that, franz gramiller was 5 minutes' drive away.

The rooms are good sized and the bed is comfy. There was Reichenhaller Strasse bus station, located next door to the hotel, just in case. This Neutor Express is not comparable.

we appreciated it, its service and staff. a wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like ristorante amici that was only 10 minutes' walk away. besides, at the public parking our car was safe. this hotel is equal to 3 stars.
